Career Preferences of STEM PhDs and Postdocs

NTUitive is conducting a study on career preferences of PhD students and postdoctoral researchers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). The study will allow the University to better understand the extent to which the STEM PhD and postdoctoral programmes prepare their candidates for their post-graduation career, not only for progression along the traditional academic path but also for diverse non-traditional career paths, especially in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E).


This study is open to:

  •  PhD students in their second to final year of studies
  •  Postdoctoral researchers

from the following NTU schools:

  • Schools under College of Science
  • Schools under College of Engineering
  • Interdisciplinary Graduate School
  • Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine
     
  • Participants will receive S$25 upon completion of the survey as a token of appreciation.
