Mentors at NTUitive are experienced individuals with strong professional backgrounds and industry wide networks. They are chosen on the basis of their considerable depth and range of experience in advising a business, an aptitude for coaching, good interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to help young and budding entrepreneurs to start sustainable businesses. All Mentors adhere to a strict Code of Conduct and confidentiality undertaking.


Michel’s career spans over operational, advisory and investments internationally. He has managed close to 30 IPOs, follow-on debt/equity financings as well as M&A and Private Placement transactions and has held Board positions with a number of Technology & Media companies in US, Europe & Asia.

Jagjit SINGH

Jagjit is an experienced business leader with strong strategic skills, expertise in a wide range of industries, and deep knowledge of the Asia Pacific region.


Kee is a freelance IT and Telecom consultant specialising in the mobile industry. He has worked for both the government and several MNCs, and provided consultancy services for various projects involving emerging mobile, internet and enterprise enabling technologies and platforms.

Edward TAY

Edward is a practicing lawyer specialising in corporate law and technology transfer. He has more than 15 years of experience advising founders of university spin-offs and other technology start-up companies.

CHOW Wing Hong, Mikey

Engineer turned entrepreneur, Mikey started his business venturing into the region, especially the China market since 1994. He holds two patents and has successfully divested 5 companies that he co-founded. His entrepreneurial experience includes fund raising, corporate restructuring, setting strategic directions and cultivating relationships.

TANG Pen San

Dr Tang has over 30 years of experience in in numerous top executive and advisory positions in the technology industry. He has extensive experience in management, electronics industry, ICT, consulting, corporate planning and development.

CHAN Kok Pun

Kok Pun retired from the private equity industry where he was an industry pioneer in a career that spans over 24 years, covering mainly Singapore, China, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand and Philippines.

CHUA Thian Yee

Thian Yee spent more than 25 years working in the “startup” environment. He has helped Gemplus, one of the most successful French startups to create a strong presence in Japan and Korea, and went on to establish CASSIS which was subsequently sold to SAFRAN, a major French industry group.


With almost 20 years of experience with startups, Manoj has sat on the Board of the Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE) and helped catalyse the Singapore entrepreneurship ecosystem since 2003. He has mentored an endless series of startup founders and runs a professional development consultancy as well as a technology company CusJo. 

Peter ONG

Peter has filled a variety of positions in organisations of various growth stage. His passion is to walk alongside young leaders to help them blossom and prepare themselves well while avoiding potential pitfalls. Peter is also trained as a Chartered Accountant as well as a professionally certified coach
